Take regular chicken tenders on a flavourful trip! Your family will love this twist on the original.


PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees.

LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.

COAT chicken one piece at time into coating.

PLACE coated chicken onto baking sheet.

BAKE chicken 22 to 25 minutes turning half way through baking or until chicken is golden brown and has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

IN a bowl stir together tamarind sauce, mango chutney, mango and cilantro. Combine well.

SERVE immediately.


SERVE with a side green salad.

1 pkg (152 g) extra crispy style shake and bake

½ cup (125 mL) prepared tamarind sauce

½ cup (125 mL) prepared mango chutney

½ cup (125 mL) fresh mango, diced

¼ cup (60 mL) cilantro, chopped
